FM Coalition for Homeless Persons
The FM Coalition for Homeless Persons began in 1989 to facilitate information-sharing among local emergency shelters and the public.
To increase awareness of homelessness in the local community and correct public misperceptions that far fewer women and children need help.
Adaptive secured billboard space at no cost to client to promote a new awareness campaign. Residents of Fargo-Moorhead were inspired to “Think Outside the Box” not only literally, but in ways that dispel preconceived beliefs about them.
Local residents took note of in-your-face design and messaging which broke through the clutter of typical billboard ads.
